("uLearn’n’Care", "us", "we", or "our") site ("Site") terms and conditions
("Terms"). If you agree to be bound by them you may use the Site, otherwise you
should not. If you continue to use this site then you shall be deemed to be
bound by the Terms. uLearn’n’Care grants you a non-transferable and limited
license (“License”) for the purpose of accessing and making use of this site
pursuant to the Terms & Conditions. Any contravention by you of the Terms
& Conditions terminates the License immediately.
All content on this Site is protected by
intellectual property rights (copyrights, trade marks or other rights and laws)
and contains information that is confidential. You need prior written consent
from uLearn’n’Care™ to deal with any of this Site's content. Copies of the
Site's content may only be used for the purposes of dealing with patients. You
must obtain written patient consent to do so. You shall not use data gathering
and extraction tools or software to extract information from this Site.

sites linked to the Site. We also request that you obtain permission prior to
linking to this site. If you do link to this site it is at your own risk.
You use the Site at
your own risk. The Site may not always be available,
for example, during maintenance or repair. uLearn’n’Care™ has worked hard to
make sure that the content in the Site is correct, but it is provided "as is"
and "as available", without warranties of any kind (either express or implied).

breach of security that is out of our control. All data entered into the Site
is passed through a secure Server using encryption technology to ensure that
this information is being protected when being sent over the Internet. We have

information we collect via our website.

Privacy Act 1993. We will ensure that all personal information, if any, stays
with us. We may use such information in relation to providing services and
information to you. You are entitled to access the personal information we hold

website is inaccurate, uLearn’n’Care does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy,

During your use of the site we will generally

information of your customers and patients, such as names, addresses, contact
details and health.

ULearn’n’Care™ will use any personal
information collected for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, for any
purpose disclosed at the time of collection or for related purposes. Generally

any patient information which has been entered into this Site by you has been

has been authorized by the relevant patient for entry in and use in this Site.

You shall procure that your employees; agents
or subcontractors comply with the provisions of the Terms.
We may change these Terms on occasion. Using
the Site after the Terms have changed means you accept the changed Terms. This
Site and the information on it, is intended for New Zealanders only, although
others are welcome to visit the Site. Non-New Zealanders who visit the Site do
so on their own initiative and are responsible for obeying local laws. New
Zealand law governs the Site.
